For individuals who have been declined due to pre-existing health conditions we offer Guaranteed Issue Health Coverage. This coverage excludes your pre-existing conditions and allows you access to health coverage.

This is a limited guaranteed issue health insurance plan. Diabetics, Overweight, Cancer, Heart Attack, all accepted. These plans are available in most states. Please contact us to see if your state allows these programs.

The Defined Solutions Plan is a guaranteed issue plan, meaning that you cannot be turned down for coverage due to a pre-existing condition.

Defined Solutions is a limited benefit health insurance plan, not a major medical plan. What does this mean? With Defined Solutions your plan pays stated benefit amounts, such as up to $75 for a doctor office visit or up to $1,000 per day of hospital confinement. Provider charges above these amounts are your responsibility. However, with Defined Solutions you are able to access provider discounts through the Multi plan PPO network. Multi plan is one of the largest national networks with over 500,000 providers in 50 states.
