Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL)

CPL insurance is an answer to environmental liability left uncovered by a standard General Liability Policy. This is available on either a claims-made or an occurrence basis.

For Contactors:

The CPL is an environmental insurance policy that helps protect contractors against pollution conditions caused by covered operations, include work performed by subcontractors.

For Emergency Response:

Coverage is also provided for those Emergency Response Costs incurred by the insured resulting from pollution conditions requiring immediate action.
