Nicholas Yaworsky
President, Agency Owner and Principal Agent

In 2009, Mr. Yaworsky founded The Insurance Market and has served as the President and Principal Agent since then.

Mr. Yaworsky graduated from The State University of New York at Buffalo, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies in 1998.  In 1999, he received a second Bachelor of Arts degree in English, along with a New York State Paralegal Certification from the same institution. Prior to 2009, Mr. Yaworsky was employed by Nationwide Insurance Company of Florida, Progressive Insurance Company of New York and Georgia, and AIG of Georgia.

Throughout his career, he has held various positions in the Insurance Industry including Commercial Account Executive, Multi-Line Property and Injury Field Adjuster, Bodily Injury Expert, Injury Team leader, Fire and Theft Unit Manager, and Casualty Claims District Manager.  Mr. Yaworsky is distinguished by numerous certificates and proficiency awards received during his extensive insurance career including acceptance and completion of Nationwide Insurance Company’s prestigious Leadership Development Program.

In addition to non-resident producer licenses in North Carolina, New York, Connecticut, Georgia, California, Texas, and Florida, he currently holds a South Carolina Property and Casualty Producer License, a South Carolina Life and Health Producer License, and a South Carolina Surplus Lines Broker’s License. Mr. Yaworsky is directly responsible for the day to day operations of The Insurance Market and is currently pursuing the CPCU designation.  

Nick’s education, legal background, and insurance claims experience sets him apart from the typical insurance agent or broker. He is not a salesman by trade, but instead an insurance adviser and consultant.

Nick has over 10 years of claims and insurance industry experience with three of the largest insurance companies in the country.  He uses this unique experience to help customers purchase the right coverage for their needs, to protect what they have worked so hard to build.
